Milo the Cat needs a home

Milo was taken in by a foster when his owner passed away.  Originally they thought they would just keep him but since they are a foster home, there are often several temporary cats and kittens and Milo really wants just a stable home. 

He isn't overly needy but does appreciate being with people.  Will sit near you and follows you from room to room, but isn't one that winds around your feet.  Can be talkative at times.
